Montaria Property Intelligence provides automated, algorithmically aggregated property research reports. Reports are generated for informational and preliminary diligence purposes only.
2. No Advisory or Valuation Services
Montaria is not a registered valuer, financial adviser, real estate agency, mortgage broker, or legal counsel. Nothing contained in any Montaria report or portal constitutes an appraisal, purchase recommendation, or investment advice.
3. Single Report Deliveries & Refunds
Each report order represents a single, custom research job compiled on-demand. Due to immediate computational and data querying execution upon order placement, generated reports are non-refundable once completed.
Independent Research & Regulatory Boundary
Montaria provides property research and information compiled from publicly available, licensed and other lawfully accessible sources. Information availability varies by property and jurisdiction and may be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate. Montaria does not provide a registered valuation, legal advice, financial advice, building advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or offer a particular price.
